FECIS · FECIS 2026 — 2nd edition

Investor guide

What are the steps, requirements and contacts for investing?

FECIS brings projects and financiers together; it does not provide funding or administrative approval. Here is how to prepare, whether you lead a project or are looking to invest.

1. Prepare a short project file

Need and location, business model, amount sought, timeline, stage (idea, study, ready for financing) and expected impact on jobs and living conditions.

2. Contact the Secretariat

Write to us choosing “Presenting an investment project”. The scientific and selection committee reviews proposals and tells you the next step.

3. Maturation

Pre-selected projects may receive technical, financial and legal support, as well as access to the Project Clinic during the forum.

4. Project exchange

Presentation to investors, B2B and B2G meetings, negotiations and, where relevant, signing of letters of intent.

5. Follow-up after the forum

Support for selected projects, facilitation of negotiations and tracking of commitments over six to twelve months.

Institutional contacts

CCIMA, CVUC, FEICOM for local-authority finance, CARPA for public-private partnership contracts, line ministries (MINEPAT, MINPMEESA, MINADER, MINEPIA).

Source and status of this information

Timelines depend on how complete the file is and on the partners involved. Any financing or authorisation decision rests with the competent institutions.
